We take our legal responsibilities very seriously and as such have the following policies in place:

RISK MANAGEMENT

The safety and welfare of all our participants is of the utmost importance.  We risk assess our programme delivery and equipment regularly, in and out of the school/club environment.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

We have to ensure the safety and well being or all our participants and ourselves.  We have appropriate Public Liability Insurance in place.

CHILD PROTECTION

We take children’s safety and welfare very seriously and have training in Child Protection Policy and Procedures.  All relevant Criminal Records Bureau checks have been completed.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We agree terms of business directly with the clients concerned.  Generally we charge an hourly rate and invoice on a monthly basis, however payment terms for schools can be negotiated.  Cancellation fees will apply if any block bookings are terminated.  If you wish to discuss any aspect of our terms of business before engaging our services, please contact us.
